Policies

Your appointments and well-being are very important to us at Caixa Artistry, we understand that unexpected delays and/or situations can occur.  If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice.

Late/Cancellation Policy:

• Any cancellation or rescheduling made less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be 50% of the reserved services.
• If you are more than 15 mins late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. If this is the case, the same cancellation fee will apply.  We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.
• If you are less than 15 mins late for your service, Caixa Artistry will try our best to make your lashes as full as possible in the time allotted. You will still be charged the full price.
• Caixa Artistry requires a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file, if applicable.
• If you are a no show with zero notification, Caixa Artistry will charge the credit card on file the full amount and forfeits the service.  
• After 2 no shows, you will not be able to book any further appointments, unless it is paid in full at time of booking.  No refunds will be given.

Refund Policy: No refunds are offered on eyelash extension services. If you have an allergic reaction to a service provided, a removal will be offered free of charge.

Makeup Policy:

Please remove all eye makeup before coming to your lash appointment. Eyes must be clean and oil free. If not, Caixa Artistry reserves the right to charge a $15 makeup removal fee.  The time spent for the makeup removal will be part of your appointment - no additional time will be provided out of courtesy to other scheduled appointments.  Caixa Artistry will be unable to properly apply lash extensions on lashes that have makeup/residue.  Please refer to the Caixa Artistry’s consent form for potential risks and negative reactions if makeup/residue is not removed.

Lash Fill Policy:

If more than 40% of your lashes are detached or grown out it will be considered a new full set of lashes. If you are unsure, please book a full set and a Caixa Artistry professional will be happy to assess what percentage you are at. 

Children Policy: We cannot accommodate small children or babies in the lash room due to limited space. Thank you for your understanding.
